Les August BA(Hons) PGCE
Les is a seasoned consultant who specialises in providing quality improvement advice and support to organisations across the Education and Skills sector. The main focus of his work has been on helping organisations to improve the quality of teaching and learning that they deliver. Prior to entering the consulting profession Les held a variety of senior management posts in Further Education colleges, the Adult Learning Inspectorate and at the Department for Education and Skills. He is registered as an Associate Inspector with OFSTED.

Chris Cherry BSc(Hons) MA Cert Ed CBiol MIBiol
Chris is an accomplished manager and consultant who specialises in providing advice and support to organisations in the Learning and Skills sector. The main focus of his work has been advising education and training organisations with the development of the skills agenda. Prior to entering the consulting profession Chris held a variety of senior management posts in HM Forces, Further Education colleges and at the Learning and Skills Council. He is registered as an Associate Inspector with OFSTED.

Simon Tepper BA(Hons) PGCE MA MBA
Simon’s extensive management consultancy experience has seen him specialising in the provision of business development advice and support to organisations in the Learning and Skills sector, helping clients to develop new and innovative approaches to service delivery. Prior to entering the consulting profession Simon held a number of senior management posts in Further Education colleges.

Paul Essery PGCE MEd MSc
Paul brings proven expertise in providing performance improvement advice and support to public service organisations. The main focus of his work is on helping people develop evidence-based approaches to tackling performance problems. Prior to entering the consulting profession Paul held senior management posts in both Local Government and at the National Council for Education and Training for Wales.
